We had the best experience selling my uncle's house with Rich Rubba, as our agent. From beginning to end, Rich thoroughly explained and guided us through the process. After our first meeting with Rich, my uncle's words to me were, "I like this guy". Rich took the time to listen. He thoroughly understood how difficult it was for my 89 year uncle to have to sell the house that he lived in for the past 64 years. Thank you Rich for your professionalism, compassion and knowledge of the industry. My uncles house went on the market on a Friday and he accepted one of five offers on Monday. I have no doubt the house sold so quickly because Rich had it priced right. My uncle was beyond happy with the offer he received. Rich and his team made this a very positive experience for my uncle. Rich was up front with his suggestions and support. I didn't get what I wanted, but perhaps we did the best we could in a slowly falling market. I am concerned in that eight days after closing, and there is nothing to show that Capital Title Company has sent the check necessary to close my Home Equity account with Comerica Bank.
