It was great to work with someone who listened and understood our needs. Rick was very professional and was available and helpful no matter the circumstances. Richard was outstanding to work with from the start. I had very specific parameters for where I needed to be located and what I was looking for in a home. I knew that what I was looking for was going to be somewhat of a challenge. Richard was the perfect fit to help guide me through this process. He was always available to help answer any questions I may have and accommodate my schedule to view a property. Rick was very patient in my search. He was also very thorough in looking at everything when we went and looked at a home, and even pointed out things that might need addressing or could be an issue. As far as Hunt goes I like the fact they have everything you need available for your purchase, like mortgage consultants so you're not having to track down people and do all the leg work yourself.

Rick has been very patient in my search to find a house, about a year and a half. It's great to have an agent who looks at everything in a home very thoroughly when looking through them. As far as Hunt Real Estate goes, it's great to have a company that has all services available for the home buyer so you're not having to do all the leg work yourself.
