Rick is incredibly knowledgeable and exceedingly thorough. When he walked us through houses, he pointed out tangible pros and cons to each house. He kept us on track and focused. He knew so much about the details of the houses; he could identify things like the windows or backsplashes and knew the pros/cons of those things. He knew about neighborhoods, and what the surroundings of the houses were like. Once we moved from shopping for a house to purchasing, he advocated super well for us. Knew how and when to push for things. He kept our tasks manageable and helped us through all the paperwork. He was great, just top to bottom.

Rick worked incessantly on all of the tasks needed to get my property ready for sale. He essentially acted as a general contractor by recommending businesses to take care of all items including plumbing, electrical , excavation, paving, painting and other maintenance. He was always responsive and provided guidance as needed to navigate through legal and sales issues. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Rick and would enthusiastically recommend him to any of my neighbors and friends.

Rick has a keen sense for a fast and effective sale. He stated he had significant experience in assisting with elderly transitioned home sale situations, and he proved that expertise. His approach was no nonsense, direct, and at times his advice was challenging to hear, but he was right 1000%. I have great respect for his style, his honesty, integrity, and, obviously, his results. In a world of real estate saturation he shined through, and was true to his word.

I liked the strategic approach Rick used to sell our home. He developed a plan, clearly communicated each step, and executed against that plan to successfully sell our home. We had multiple offers just days after the first showing and we ended up accepting an offer which was over the asking price. Rick was very responsive to all of our questions and drove the process through closing.

Rick Taylor developed a marketing plan to sell our house. He also prepared a budget, consulted with us at every step and executed the plan within budget. When ready, Rick listed the house at a fair price. After 45 showings, we received eight offers and accepted and offer for cash significantly above the asking price. This means that he has the knowledge and experience necessary to market a house in a prompt time frame. Rick also made the selling experience a pleasant one for us with no stress. When problems occurred he also immediately presented solutions. in summary, Rick is Ann Arbor “go to“ realtor. You may share this information as appropriate.
