I don’t know where else I would go to get my bike fixed and I am sure you guys are swamped but repairs are getting really expensive. Makes me consider fixing things myself next time. Seems like anything is $50 now when the part could be found for $5 and within a little YouTube watching, could be fixed with simple tools. It is nice not getting my hands dirty but something to consider now… where that used to not be the case.

I have purchased many bicycles for my family at Richards over many years. My most recent purchase of a SunSeeker recumbent bike was very good. Emily was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. A 10% off cash purchase was an awesome deal. At pick up day your team was very helpful to explain the workings of the bike. I am again very happy to shop at Richards Bicycles. Keith

An incredibly friendly staff that is very knowledgeable about their products. Another aspect I really appreciate about the location. Is that even if helping someone else they ask if we are being helped and that if they are busy, they will be with us shortly I appreciate being seen.
