We have bought several bikes from Richards. Whenever we have a problem with any bike we go back and receive outstanding service from knowledgeable, friendly people. Typically if it is a problem with an accessory we purchased there, they will fix it immediately. Highly recommended! I would rate the shop an 11, since mine goes that high.

Richard's Bike Shop is top-notch! I own several e-bikes, and they’ve fixed every single one of them. In my opinion, they’re true professionals. What really stood out to me is how much they genuinely care about their customers. That kind of service is rare these days.
