I visited the store with my toddler and our dog, hoping they could help repair my daughter's bike. The staff were fantastic! They not only fixed the bike but also added a few extras to improve it. They were incredibly kind and warm towards both me and my curious three-year-old. We left the store with a repaired bike and a very happy toddler. Thank you for saving the day!

Excellent mechanics who really look after your bike. No hidden costs/charges, agreeing work to be done beforehand. A good curated range of products -bikes and accessories. Custom builds are a real USP

The pre-assessment before the service is a good idea that I've not encountered before. Really appreciated the extra effort to identify an issue with my front brake which a couple of previous shops hadn't managed to spot.

Friendly and to my novice mind, a very comprehensive service. Well run and efficient session and nicely paced to get each item eg shoes and cleat positions right, before moving to eg cycling position. Expect some recommendations for part changes eg in my case a shorter crank-length, but definitely no hard sell to "buy now" Easy to get to and some nice safe back roads behind the fitting studio to see how it alll felt before setting off for home on the slightly busier roads home. First right after the fit, I achieved some time related PBs on Strava :)

The staff at Richmond Cycles are always very polite and helpful. On this visit, they sorted out the issue (a broken bolt) promptly and checked the other bolts to make sure everything was as it should. Can't recommend them enough!
