Rick is the best. He has a lot of experience and is easy to work with. He gave me helpful tips to prepare my place for showing. He has a knack for knowing the right price that will produce a quick sale and give the best profit. He has knowledge of advertising, showing, working with other agents, banks, title companies and closings. Rick pays attention to the necessary details from accepting an offer to closing the deal. He helped me accept a good offer when I was out of town. He was available and made it possible by computer, keeping me informed of what I needed to do throughout the entire process. This was my 3rd transaction with Rick, 2 sales and a purchase. Each one went well, in a timely manner. I felt like Rick was personally invested in my interests. I am grateful for his knowledge and efforts.

Rick and his daughter are the best. Naomi did most of the leg work during the sale. They were instrumental in helping me get repair folks lined up to make needed improvements before putting the house on the market. I cannot say enough good things about Naomi and her father. They helped me get top dollar for my house and a seller cannot ask for more than that. We got an offer on the second day and they turned out to be the buyer.
