Everything was great but the one guy who was there when my husband brought the bike in and when I picked it up wasn’t very nice he was very frustrated never ever experienced that before. Everyone is so nice but he didn’t like the arrangement that was made by me with another person and wanted to let it be known he wasn’t happy with it.

Whole crew was friendly and knew their bikes. Nathan took the time to help me find the right bike, and the resulting riding has been transformative. Now that I’m on a proper bike that fits; riding has become a new experience. Happy customer here.

Eric went above and beyond to help me select the right bike, select pedals and a saddle, and assure a good fit. I stayed within my budget and am very happy with my purchase. The bike is smooth, comfortable and so fun to ride!

These guys know their stuff. Had an issue with my electric bike. I brought it to the bike shop expecting to have to leave it. They asked what was wrong, and said it was a quick fix. Happily I didn't have to leave it and I was on my way to the bike trail. Thanks guys. Never disappoint with Rick's Bile Shop.

Amazing! This bike shop employs very professional, knowledgeable and kind staff. Was on the empire State trail and had mechanical issues and was ready to just buy a new bike and be done. These guys took their time to evaluate the bike issues and do what they could to get me through the next 300 miles. Honestly, they could have taken advantage of me and just sold me a bike. Instead they talked with me about my bike and the difference I would experience with a new bike that frankly, was not right for me. I truly appreciate special businesses like this who care about their products and the people who enjoy the sport. I only wish I lived closer and could give them all of my business.
