Rick's Bike shop is like our second home! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff have helped me and my son on numerous occasions! Everyone there is so accommodating and helps us out anytime we walk in the door, with or without our bikes (bought from Rick's, of course). Would highly recommend to anyone whether you live in the or not!

Team at Rick's shop built me a bike they had but hadn't assembled yet because I wanted a specific bike and color.
The bike was built in 2 hours and I went back to check it out. The bike was great but they said it was a little too small for me.
They offered to build me another bike that same day and had that bike done in 2 hours as well.
The second bike was an upgrade over the bike I had wanted, but was the right size and more expensive.
They adjusted the pricing without me asking
for it and they were right about the first bike being to small.
Also get a free first and 1 year tuneup with new bike.
Great selection and even better service.

The gentleman who reviewed and tuned my son's bike was absolutely amazing. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire experience enjoyable for both of us. I am very pleased with my new purchase Trek Marlin 4 bike. Although I did spend time researching what was available at this store, and they were very helpful with showing me the differences in a few different models of the Trek bikes. For the price, and what I wanted the bike for I have already found that I think I will enjoy it. They walked me through the services offered for a check-up in 30 days as well as the yearly service. Excellent experience with the gents at Rick's. Bought a new Trek from them for my son's birthday. Immediately after they received the ordered bike, they set it up and had it in our hands. We have been to Rick's numerous times for our other son's bicycle needs, and we have always been treated with respect even when not purchasing at that time from them. We will continue to frequent Rick's for years to come.
