The staff at Rick’s has been absolutely amazing over the last couple of years assisting me and my son find the perfect bikes for our riding style. We came into mountain biking knowing absolutely nothing and the staff at Rick’s was patient and very helpful. We will be life long customers simply because of the service we have received. We have never had a bad experience and truly enjoy stopping in.

These, say guys because there is a girl/rider employee are totally cool. Listen,are meticulous at their service,get it right. I would never consider going anywhere else! They all ride,understand we all have different budgets. Its fun to see them at the Icecream stand with their muddy bikes after their work day Thank you Jim

Rick’s always has the bikes, accessories and services I need. They treat me like a friend rather than just a customer. I do wish you had some sort of a trade in program. I like to get a new bike every so often, but the hassle of selling on social media discourages me. So I wind up just keeping my old bike.

My wife and I were visiting Lake George on our way to Maine. Since we were traveling with our bikes, we went for a ride on the Warren County bikeway. On our way back to Lake George my wife's chain came off and broke her back derailer. I rode back to get our car while my wife looked for a place to get her bike fixed. Mind you, it was 3:30 in the afternoon and we were leaving the next morning heading to Maine and hoped to have bikes to ride the carriage trails in Acadia National Park. By the time I got back to our car and retrieved my wife, she had called Rick's and they told her to come over right away. When the bike was examined, we were told that two parts needed to be replaced and they needed to check their inventory. We are happy to report they had both parts and were able to fix the bike in 30 minutes at a very reasonable cost. We can't thank Rick's enough for saving our vacation.
