Booked my two bikes in for a service. I was unable to take the bikes to the store, so Bike Ride Wales picked them up from my home, assessed the required repairs and maintenance and rang me to explain the costs etc and ask for my approval. I had the bikes back within 3 days, and you can feel the difference in the rise of the bikes straight away. A first class and value for money service.

I've just received first class after sales service from Ride Bike Wales following a recent mechanical problem (rear axle and gearing issue) on my new Trek ProCalibre hardtail purchased in March this year. I dealt with Charlie, Dan and Stuart during drop-off and collection; they were all super helpful and reassuring, and arranged for parts to be quickly ordered in from Trek and for the bike to be repaired in store, together with a first service on the bike, all at no cost. The Ride Bike Wales Team are always a pleasure to deal with, thanks guys !
