Booked my two bikes in for a service. I was unable to take the bikes to the store, so Bike Ride Wales picked them up from my home, assessed the required repairs and maintenance and rang me to explain the costs etc and ask for my approval. I had the bikes back within 3 days, and you can feel the difference in the rise of the bikes straight away. A first class and value for money service.
