The honesty and knowledge......placed an order for a bike but the shop encountered problems with the supplier (not Rides doing) they were honest form day one and so offered an alternative bike....a Velduro Rogue and after a having a look and a chat it was felt this bike would be better suited to me than my original order. Bike was wrapped and ready in a few days and having spent the weekend on,it I can only say the bike is an absolute dream.....stable, soooo powerful but due to the nature of the avinox motor so customisable so u can dial the bike in to exactly how u want it to ride. All in all I'm so happy and can only recommend Rides in Wallingford for any of Ur biking needs.

Good thorough MTB service, long overdue so quite a bit of attention needed. Received a call to discuss needs and options, everything done as agreed. I wanted to give the bike its first real shakedown test before giving feedback which it has now had in the Surrey Hills - good as new!
