I have been a customer of Rides on Air for many years and have purchased several bikes and accessories and a steady supply of spare parts from them over the years. They have also perfomed many jobs for me to keep my bikes rolling. I have always found the staff in Rides on air to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and always enjoy visting the shop to take my bike in for work or to purchase something that I need. Great service and great attention to detail when doing some upgrades on my partners run-around bike. They are happy to install parts I’d brought and researched and sourced some great ones that needed changing. Kept me up to date on how it was going and the costs so no surprises. We were very impressed with the level of service we received from Rides on Air staff in Wallingford. They were very helpful indeed and advised us well in our choice of two Bergamont electric bikes, two Scott helmets and a Thule bike carrier. They even helped in installing the bike carrier to my car & secured both bikes to the carrier. They were truly outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Rides on Air, Wallingford will always be our go to shop for all things bikes.
