Sent my bike in for service, Mark did a quick spot check with me present to give me an idea of what might need changing before I left (which happened to be nothing) and then did a good service including roughing up the brake pads because they were squeaking a little and I had my bike back before the end of the day. Fantastic service from both Barry and Mark. Thanks very much both!

The team were very helpful even though I didn't purchase a bike. I needed to try a bike to make sure I got the right size and while they didn't have any in stock for a small deposit they ordered one in. I ended up getting a bike elsewhere and my deposit was refunded without issue Knowledgable though and highly recommended

Took my bike in to have crank set and cassette changed plus a service. Day later it was ready for me to collect. What fast service from the lads at Ridgeway Cycles. Always used them for my Trek Domane and my Madone before that. Always fast and efficient and happy to have time to discuss your needs and get bike back on the road ASAP. Well done lads.
