Took my bike in to have crank set and cassette changed plus a service. Day later it was ready for me to collect. What fast service from the lads at Ridgeway Cycles. Always used them for my Trek Domane and my Madone before that. Always fast and efficient and happy to have time to discuss your needs and get bike back on the road ASAP. Well done lads.

Our sales person was Jack and he was excellent - providing attentive service and willingness to listen and understand the our needs while communicating honestly and clearly. It's a pity that Ridgeway only supply the Trek brand as it would be good to have a bit more choice.
