The employee who helped us, Jerome at the Kensington store, Was very knowledgeable and also patient as we were considering our options and making our decisions. We really appreciated being able to try out several bikes and make different assignments to find the right fit. All the employees at the store were very friendly and personable. It was a great experience there!

From the in store experience of browsing and purchasing my first bike since childhood, or making a follow-up accessory purchase online, Ridleys has exceeded my expectations. I was treated so well and welcomed by multiple friendly employees (a very rare occurrence in the retail space these days). Not only was every staff member kind, all of them were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when deciding which bike to pick, as well as what important servicing and general information I would need to know. The online experience was great too, easy to navigate the website, and amazing communication about my order and timeline of arrival. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my items arrived sooner than I had hoped, with notable efficiency. Even the way the items were packaged inside my order were done with thought and care. I have already made some amazing memories with my new bike, am excited to install the water bottle cage with my new thermos, and continue enjoying all of my purchases from Ridley’s Cycle. Thank you!
