The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. There was no pressure and you could tell Johnny and Reid loved talking about bikes. It was a fun experience for our niece’s first new bike. And we loved the sitting area. It was a touch that we’ve never seen before.

The bike that I bought is good and the price and comparable with other bike stores. I got my first service for free recently (because it was during the first year from the date of purchase) - everything was done appropriately. Also, several parts were replaced for free under the warranty.

I sincerely appreciate how Ridley’s stand behind their products. I have had a few minor issues with Bosch components on my Trek E-Bike and I have always had the help and support from Ridley’s service team. I wouldn’t buy a bike from anywhere else because of this. Thank you.

I have my bike serviced in your shop because your staff are the Greatest, your prices might be higher but you get what you pay for at your business. Other bike shops in town could use your staff as models of how to treat customers.

Great service and haven’t had a chance to ride my bike yet but it looks great and I’m excited about it. I will say the service was my favourite part though. Went to two other big bike stores in the city before and I’m glad I settled with you. Just loved the vibe and energy of everyone working there I interacted with.
