The bike is nice for sure, but the service that came with the bike purchase was above and beyond and has been on multiple occasions. Always talking up Ridley’s in Kensington too my friends and others.

The service guy that went over my bike on intake was knowledgeable and personable. When I phoned to complain about my bike repair being late twice the guy listen to my concerns respectfully and apologized even though I had said that timing wasn’t important because it was my winter bike. My concern was that I had to get friends to set aside time to drive me down to pick up the bike. I wasn’t concerned that it was late I was concerned that I wasn’t notified prior to the delay. The final outcome was great, the customer service and repair, good job guys!
