As soon as I walked in the door, someone was walking over to ask me how they could help me. I was a bit nervous thinking my questions were dumb, as I’m not super knowledgeable about bikes, I just ride them lol. But everyone was so beyond friendly and helpful, and willing to explain and give me advice and guidance.
Had a flat on son's ebike who is totally dependant on bike to get around. Was a new bike as his other bike was stolen. They managed to fix the tire while I was in Town taking son to appointments. Then I had trouble getting the battery out and went back into the store where they helped me get the battery out and load the bike. I am a senior so I really appreciate their assistance in getting the bike back on the road. This was not an expensive road bike but they still took the time to help me out.
I Had an small issue with my ebike. Mechanic took the time needed to look at my bike, try a few things, asked questions and offer advice to help me determiine what was wrong and what part I needed to complete the fix. He Found and ordered the part.
David was very knowledgeable about fitting our grandson out with a new bike, in terms of the correct size and the different components available. We liked his sales approach…not overly pushy.

I have been a supporter of Ridley's since i moved back into the area about 18 years ago. I always feel like we receive great customer service. We have always been pleased with our purchases.
My latest purchase stemmed as a result of an accident which wrecked my bike. The staff in 2 locations was so good about making space for me and my emotions - worth commending!
I went to the store to get some parts for my new bike I bought and the employees were amazing, gave me lots of info and sold me the parts I needed, they even put the new pedals I bought on for free. Really recommend these guys
