Have been taking my bike in for a tune up for a number of years. Service is great and cost reasonable. Service always completed on time and at quoted price, so no surprises. Great staff and really happy to have such a good bike store so close .

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Chris. We were in the market for a new MTB for my son. We told him what we were looking at and the style of riding we were gonna do. Chris explained everything, showed us everything and extra things we would need. No pressure from him. He was wonderful to deal with. All the staff was such a pleasure to deal with. After visiting some other bike shops and leaving disappointed with the lack of service, our first visit to Ridley’s Okotoks was amazing. We have found our new fav bike shop! Thanks
