I really appreciated the customer service I received the other day. I had a flat tire while riding and although I had a pump with me it didn't resolve the situation. I was closer to Ridley's than home so I called and was told I could come right down and get fixed up so that I could ride home. I am new to Okotoks from the Okanagan and had not been into Ridley's Cycle. Everyone was friendly and helpful and my bike tire was replaced within a few minutes. I will definitely return to Ridley Cycle whenever I have a cycling-related need or want.

I think the service guy's name is Jack. He was absolutely amazing! We need a new derailer and hanger. The hanger from the US was going to be too much money so he researched and found one from a bike shop in New Brunswick. He sent me the link to order it and it was very slick. We had the part and the bike repaired in no time! thanks,
