First of all, you stock a wide range of bicycle assesories and often more than just one type.” Second, the young fellows that served me were personable and enthusiastic to help. Third, I had a look at the repair department and asked about my road bike tune up and could see they knew what to do. Finally, the OKOTOKS store is accessible and parking is not a problem.

My bike was stolen so I was looking for a new bike. Josiah was a big help in making sure I got the right bike for me. He took the time to understand what I liked and disliked about my old bike and gave me a few options in different price points. He was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Sales people know their bikes and able to ask the right questions to make sure you get the best bike fit for yourself. Able to test ride ebike and have it fitted properly. Didn't feel rushed. Able to order the colour I wanted as it wasn't in stock.

The products are similar to other stores. The reason we are buying bikes iOS the service that we received from David. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating as well. The cookies add a nice touch.

Top quality parts combined with top quality service. I was in to get new brake pads for my eBike. They were a very reasonable price and they were complimented with some help on how to install them and to clean the rotor. Friendly and helpful staff.
