Your staff in Okotoks are second to none! We purchased two Trek E bikes there two years ago from David. He spent a great deal of time with us to insure we the right bikes. We returned two years later to purchase a Thule bike rack and David remembered who we were and what we had purchased! We received the same level of detail and education on the bike rack as we did on the bikes! Why would we go anywhere else!
