Sarah Hawkins always makes me look great. And she is always so accommodating, whether I'm a little early or a little bit late. (Although I do try to always be on time.) And Aveda produchs are the greatest. They are a little bit pricier than drugstore brands, but they're always worth it and of exceptional quality. She never pushes them on you. Although she has great recommendations if you ask.

I had a great experience at Rituals salon. It was my first time and I was matched with Maria to cut my hair. I have a pixie cut and Marie did a great job! She knew how to follow the pattern of my hair really well and she was so much fun. I also took a sauna and loved it. Thanks Ritual Saln for being here while I am away from home.

We had an incredible experience at Rituals Spa. My mom and I got facials which were phenomenal and mani pedis which came out so beautiful. The staff really makes you feel cared for and takes their time with each service so we left feeling pampered and relaxed. I highly recommend this salon/spa and will definitely return!

Sarah is a very talented stylist, and has a wonderful way of sharing her opinion while truly hearing what I am looking for with my hair style. My hair texture and color has changed over the years, and Sarah always seems to know exactly what I need. Have been going to Rituals for over 15 years - it’s just the best experience. Highly recommend!

I had the European Facial with Kelly, and it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. My face felt hydrated and glowing when I was done. Usually facials leave me "red" because of my rosacea, but Kelly customized the products she used on me so I looked fine when I left. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Highly reccomend.
