very accomodating. I called at 3:00 on a Friday and got in at 4:15 that day. They offered a heated neck warmer and water. I have never had that before.

Rituals has been my personal salon for over 15years. Sarah and her team are not only talented but incredibly kind to clients. Each stylist goes above and beyond for all their clients because Sarah leads by example. Great manicure! I called for a last-minute appointment and my usual tech was not available, so I took an appointment with another one. About an hour later, I received a call that they could work me in with Molly which was made me very happy. Very clean salon and all staff is very welcoming.

It was a very clean and very friendly environment. Erica was there when I entered and I was welcomed with a smile. Erica has an amazing technique. You can tell that she loves what she does. She asked a lot of questions to get a feel of what I was looking for. I will definitely be making more appointments and I have already recommended to friends.

Jessica is the best! She is very talented and listens to me and adjusts how she cuts my hair according to what I want. She is also honest and has worked with me over the years to work with my changing needs. Also, the salon is bright, clean and cheerful. Everyone who I come in contact with is friendly!
