Very personable and relaxing experience. One of the best hair and spa salons in central Massachusetts . The only place I go for facials. I have been going here for over a decade. I have never had a bad experience. Kelly is the absolute best!!!!!

Had a wonderfull experience at the Salon for my first time visiting. The stylist that helped me was very helpfull and kind, oriented me well on my hair and treatments that should be done in order to have a healthy hair growth.. Highly recommended and looking forward to my next appointment

Sara is a great stylist, for both women and men's hair styles. Our family also love the aveda products. Our hair always feels so healthy and smells just wonderful. The staff is helpful and easy to book appointments with. Highly recommend Rituals.

I had a lovely experience at Rituals Day Spa when I visited for the first time for a manicure and pedicure with Natasha. She was professional, kind, and very gentle. I enjoyed my time and never felt rushed, or ignored. It was very relaxing and my nails looked amazing!
