Mia is an incredible stylist. My hair is course and unpredictable. She listened to me, what I wanted, and how I style my own hair. She was happy to style it curly for me. I left feeling like a million bucks. The vibe at Rituals is very chill and grounding. Everyone is friendly. I’ve recently moved to Leominster and this is my new salon!

The salon is very clean and nice the owner Sarah and staff are all very friendly and professional it’s always a great experience when I go there I see Jessica and she takes pride in her work I get a cut and color and Jess gives a fantastic shampoo they always have coffee tea and snacks available if you’d like them the salon is definitely one of the nicest ones in the area and I would recommend it

My nail technician, ashley, was amazing. Great attention to detail, excellent hand and foot massage during my manicure and pedicure. Cleaned up my cuticles which no one seems to do anymore when you get a manicure. Very sociable. We had excellent conversation. I can’t wait to come back.

very accomodating. I called at 3:00 on a Friday and got in at 4:15 that day. They offered a heated neck warmer and water. I have never had that before.
