You have almost everything we need. However, the loyalty program has significantly downgraded, so I shop with Chewy more often.

Both of the gentleman who assisted me we're very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have asked for guidance with respect to dog food brands at other branches and the staff seemed unwilling or unable to offer an opinion.

This was my first time shopping in Kriser’s. I was impressed with the selection of high quality dog food, supplements and accessories. The salesperson was knowledgeable and directed me to products that may be beneficial for French Bulldog.

Absolutely phenomenal service by the River North staff. I can't remember the name of the team member who assisted us - but he delivered personalized recommendations based on our new golden retriever puppy. Everything from toys, to food, to snacks and how we could become Kriser's members to get even more in the future.
