Jose, our weekly technician, is always on time, the save time each week. He’s friendly, courteous, and really knows how to take care of our pool - the chemicals are always in proper balance, skimmers cleaned, pool brushed and sometimes vacuumed - we couldn’t be more pleased with his awesome service.

The design and sales process, quality of materials and construction plan, and thought put into how the process would play out are what made us choose Riverbend over the other four companies we interviewed. The billing and accounting process has been incredibly smooth and communication in all these areas has been more than we could have expected. And we are very pleased that the design we purchased is what we are witnessing come together today. Truly a dream! For about 8 weeks, we had little to no communication on our project and it became a huge concern. After a meeting, it was addressed and the project got back into full swing. Communication has improved with the PM and that is greatly appreciated.

Caden is by far the best of any of your service techs. He is super efficient, careful, thorough, polite,& reliable. He spends needed time on the pool as though it were his own. And he is a pleasure to have as a worker around my home. He seems to really care about his job- different attitude than your other service techs.

Thorough and responsive. Chris has been cleaning my pool for a while now. Super nice man, works hard, and does a great job. Service dept is great as well. NOT CHEAP AT ALL. And I will probably shop that around at some point. But I’ve been happy w their prompt attention to doing the work and their results. So it’s kind of difficult to rationalize seeing another service company just yet. They built my pool as well. And I’ve been very happy with it.

I normally take care of our pool. Your man was here last week for the first time, as part of the Reno contract. Based on what he did and how he handled himself I can see why some pool owner's sign-up for the service. When I give up doing if myself I'll probably give Riverbend/Sandler a call.
