The bike tech thoroughly thought of all possibilities to get my seat dropper post working. She looked through a box of older bike parts, as the bike is a 2017 Trek Fuel Ex. Luckily, she found a new cartridge in the box that was a perfect match for my bike. Previously I had it looked at by a shop in Winter Park CO, and shops in Appleton with no solution for the non functioning seat dropper post. Finally fixed and usable! Kudos to Riverbrook! Jan Heifner
