It is a lovely place to live. Coming from the Northeast, Wilmington is a perfect spot to live. You get a little of all for Seasons, but the Winter is very quick. Rivierlights has that welcoming feeling. All the neighbors are always waving and wanting to have a quick chat. Lov the walking trails around the ponds. It's a very safe place too. I will have no issues with my children walking or driving the golf carts. The opportunity to choose from five different builders is a plus. And the speed at which you home is built is better sweet. Downtown Wilmington has a great "City" feel, without the traffic and the crowds. The food, music and beer scene are great.

Riverlights has a lot to offer in all of the different neighborhoods. The grounds are well maintained, and the people who live here are very friendly. I have only been here a few months but the quality of the homes seems to be very well built.

The look of the community with the different styles of homes. Overall size of the community the green spaces, lakes and paths. I like having the clubhouse, pool, workout room, dog park and look forward to the added amenities of another clubhouse, pool pickleball courts and playgrounds.

We closed on our home end of June 2023. This is our retirement home. We have loved working with Kenneth Greenberg, he is such a valuable resource before and after our home construction. We have enjoyed meeting our new neighbors as we are part-time residents. Our neighbors are checking on our property when we are away, much gratitude for them. Our grandchildren love coming to visit and spend nights with us. I love that our location is about 20 minutes from most places I want to go to in Wilmington. I can exercise easily early in the mornings and evening walks are beautiful with Cape Fear River nearby. Great community!

We are in the Del Webb section and love our neighborhood. We like the close access to the restaurants ( i.e. Girls with dough and Smoke on the water) as well as the river walk and walking trails. The landscaping is kept up nicely also.

Although our home is still in the process of being built, we are excited to already be a part of the Riverlights community. It has everything we are looking for, from walking/running trails to shops and restaurants, proximity to downtown Wilmington and beaches. All the homes are unique and beautiful, and we are so happy with the builder we chose! Can not wait to meet new people, enjoy the sunshine and all that Riverlights has to offer.
