Our experience with Rob Blake from Hunt has been amazing. He’s extremely knowledgeable about everything related to houses, buying, selling, staging, inspections, water/sewer, electrical, and structural integrity, survey, title search. We’ve had Rob help us to buy and sell our rental properties and three homes. We were able to do a lot on line and even closed on a couple of properties while out of town. It could not have been easier. We feel that we got the best price for our properties and Rob gave us the best advice to get the most for our properties and he gave us the most realistic appraisals- of which he was correct to the dollar. All of our experiences with Rob Blake have been so easy and seamless. We depend on Rob and wouldn’t think of buying or selling a property without him.

Rob Blake is a true professional. My wife is disabled and he listened to all our requests in helping us find the home that we would be happy in. He goes beyond the scope of a Realtor and made sure that the lawyers, bankers and other personnel involved were processing our mortgage loan in a timely manner. Rob's expertise in inspecting homes made it easier for us to have peace of mind. One of his teammates, (Jaimie Horton), also was of great assistance when I needed some questions answered. I would highly recommend the Blake Team for anyone who is selling or purchasing a home.

Only reason it’s a 10 is because 11 is not an option! I have been renting my entire life until I met Rob. He took the time to hear my family’s needs, and checked every box I asked for. I was in a serious time crunch to make the transaction go fast and smooth. After trying a family friend for 5 weeks with no success, Rob was referred to me from a work colleague. We found a house after 2 weeks. Even with hurdles from the listing agent and lawyer, my family and I were still able to get in on time. Not to mention in a house WAY above and beyond anything we thought we would find in our price range and in this market. In conclusion if you are in need of a great team to take you through the tough home buying experience. THE BLAKE TEAM IS WHERE TO GO!!!!!

Melissa, Rob, and the entire Blake team know houses inside and out. You are not getting a glorified door opener. They will give you a solid assessment of the entire property they show you if you are buying. They do solid research and know exactly where to be when it comes to putting an offer in. Best part of my experience is that I know I am in good hands and trust them with having my best interest.
