It was my first time at the studio and I had a great experience. The front desk staff was terrific, very welcoming and fun. Emma was also really terrific. She was personable, professional, gave me a great facial, and struck a good balance of interacting and keeping a quiet, relaxing atmosphere during the service. She did not try to sell me endless products or tell me I needed additional services, etc. I trusted her and her advice and would definitely return and recommend her to friends.
