Hello, I have been a member of the Y for almost two years. I loved playing solitaire on the stair master and the treadmills. I got my husband even into it as well, and some other friends. Recently solitaire on the stair master has changed, and it’s very difficult to play, and the screen causes you to drag cards over and it isn’t near as fun. If the other application of solitaire could come back that would be nice. It’s made me not want to do as much cardio, which is my own choice but it was just such a nice thing to look forward to rather than staring at a phone on there. I also wish there was a regular workout bench like in the main weight area in the Pilates free weight room. Just one would make so much of a difference. I do love the upgrades, I love the Y and I love how it is so clean and friendly. Thank you so much.
Michelle in the AOA classes does a wonderful job working every body part and reacting to all of the class members appropriately. One never knows what "older adults" may say or do.
All staff members are very polite and welcoming
I have just begun but I've been matched up with a coach/trainer and the intro session was good. We are beginning the sessions next week but he's given me things to do before then to prepare. I'm very pleased and motivated to do well based upon this one session.
