The personal interaction with staff, and they know my name. They truly care about people. And they give the old folks lunch once a month. The Ymca, gives me a positive outlook when I go there. When you hear the Christian music and read the scripture that is posted it gives you peace in your mind, body, and soul. The instructors are so encouraging and helpful. The whole place gives an atmosphere of peace. I get to meet my friends, have a cup of coffee and take a brake from the business of life for an hour or so. Thank you Ymca for being here.

RobCo Y has all the amenities I need to train and recover. I recently found out about the InBody machine and I’m excited to have a way to track some of my progress. The hack squat machine was a great new addition, and I’m excited to see how the gym continues to evolve.
