The team here is extremely knowledgable and helpful — for seasoned road warriors as well as newbies. I've been an avid rider for years but am not deeply mechanically inclined, and the staff always helps me understand what's going on with my bike and how to fix/prevent issues. They make a sometimes cliquey hobby very approachable.

The products and service are great. But what sets RBS apart from others are the people. I usually see Dan and Chris when I am there, and they are always helpful, welcoming and friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to find what I am looking for. They treat my early-teen grandsons very well, like people who are capable of making decisions. The RBS crew also respects my vintage, custom mountain bike, and are the only ones (besides my husband) who I trust to work on it.

Always my go to bike shop! Josh, Zack, Michelle and Dan are the best at making sure all my cycling needs are met with the highest quality customer service. My wife and I have lived in Rochester for over 30 years and RBS has been our only bike shop. Could not ask for a better experience!
