I have learned over the years that it is important to purchase a bike from a shop that can service it after. Rochester Bikes Service Team has helped me out of a pickle several times with rather complex fixes over the past year. The sales team is super friendly and when I decide to get a gravel bike I will definitely buy from Rochester Bikes Shop.

Dan our bike associate. He was so patient with my son. My son had very specific tastes. He is a 10 year old stuck in an old man's body. He spent 45 min with us looking on line and in the shop. He let me son ride the bike to get comfortable. Helped him out with how to change from a kids bike to a cruiser. Never once did he get frustrated or push my son to just pick something. Dan made this bike experience very special for my son and his birthday gift. My son has been riding his new bike non stop and loves it. I loved the kindness in the sale and attention. You guys are doing it right! Glad you are a part of our community. Thank you.
