your shop is top-notch - courteous and knowledgeable staff and fabulous repair shop - flatted out and walked my bike in and they had it done in 10 minutes - next trip in will be for a tune up - trust is key and you guys have earned mine - thank you!

I appreciated the 3 bikes were completed by date anticipated. I did ask them if they would check that the odometers were set correctly -- while they said they don't do that b/c there are so many different makes models, when I was loading my bike the night before going mountain biking early in the morning in a park we never biked in, I noticed that my odometer was totally dead - luckily I had a battery and reset it (however, I'm still trying to figure out how to change it from kph to mph which was the most important setting I needed as we were going into a 10 mile one-direction course we never biked before.

The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and patient. He spent time listening to exactly what my daughter’s needs were and helping us find the right bike for her. The service dept was equally helpful and patient. We switched out tire on another bike, made sure it would fit a different child that wasn’t present, and set it up for a tune up. Everyone was very friendly in the shop and we fully enjoyed the experience. Thanks so much!

Dan is the best! He sold me a bike for my son last year and a bike for my daughter this year. He was so patient and positive to my kids as they tried out the bikes and made really great recommendations about fit and style of bike for each child. All the other staff we interacted with were super helpful and kind. Love this shop!
