Staff was very accommodating. I brought my Luna in for a bath after a few years of not using the bath package that I had purchased. They couldn't find me in the system at first but told me to go ahead and get started in the bath and they would figure it out and be ready for me as we left. A short while later, the staff member came into the bath area and explained that they found me in the old system, updated my information to the new system, added the baths I'd already purchased and checked off the one I was using on that day. So I was able to essentially walk in and walk out without hassle. Thanks so much!

I have been searching for truly healthy food for my senior puppy. Online I saw they carried it, and upon arrival I was quickly and happily assisted. I had my special needs son with me, and it could not have been an easier errand to run. I will plan to support them, and not order online elsewhere moving forward based on this experience.

Everything I need is always in stock! They have a variety of treats for my dog as well as the food she loves. There are always great sales and the staff is the BEST! They are always so helpful and friendly. It's not only my dogs favorite place I enjoy it too!
