Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They typically have everything I'm looking for be it basics or higher end equipment. If they don't have what I'm looking for they tend to ship quickly. The big value from Rochester Cycle and Fitness is that they have seen it all and know all the tricks to make a bike function a lot better than when it came into the shop. That level of experience is the difference between them and a big box store where you might find the same product at marginally cheaper prices. The marginal savings does not equate, even remotely, to the value of extensively knowledgeable staff.

Rochester Cycling has a good selection of Trek bikes and various accessories. The folks who work there provide outstanding customer service. They are very patient with customers who are getting back into the biking scene and do an excellent job of explaining things and making recommendations.
