Knowledgeable staff that answered all my questions. They listened to my bike needs and suggested a style. I test drove through the neighborhood before selecting the style I wanted. I was able to choose my color preference. The bike arrived to the store in 2 days (quicker than expected!) They gave a few suggestions for accessories and installed them quickly at pick up. Rochester Cycling is a local bike shop with quality products & exceptional service that I will keep returning to.

Most of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a good selection of bicycle brands and accessories. They are willing to find information for me and get back to me if it is a question they can't answer or a product they don't stock.

Trek is a great brand and Matt is an expert on biking in general and his brands specificallywho cares deeply about his customers. I have bought 5 or 6 bikes from Matt. I've always found him to be the ultimate in integrity.
