Rochester Cycling has a good selection of Trek bikes and various accessories. The folks who work there provide outstanding customer service. They are very patient with customers who are getting back into the biking scene and do an excellent job of explaining things and making recommendations.

I brought my bike in on a whim and Eric took the time to help get the bike out of my truck, change the tire tube, put on new handlebar grips and loaded it back into my truck all within 45 minutes. I was very pleased with his attentiveness to my needs and highly recommend this business.
