I brought my bike in for a tune up and new tires. Everything was done perfect and in a timely manner. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Exactly what you expect at a local bike shop. As a local in Rochester for over 20 years, this is the only place I go for my biking needs.

The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. He adjusted for my height, service the tires, trained me in all the functions, and loaded the app onto my iPhone. He even knew how to drop the seats and loaded the bike into my van

A mountain bicycle that I love to ride, was repaired for me in two days at a very reasonable price. The shop is in my own neighborhood, but I always was too busy to stop in to take a look around. When I walked into the store I was amazed at the selection of bikes, seats, locks, lights, jersey's and even bikes and gear for young kids. It was so organized and neat that I felt as if I was walking into the bike section of REI in the cities. When I went to pick my bike up 2 days later, I discover the shop is locally owned and operated by a native Rochester man that I went to High School with over 45 years ago! I realize now, that I had forgotten that Matt Hawkins owned this store. I am super glad I gave Rochester Cycling a try and now they have my biking business for life. Thanks Matt, Eric and crew!
