I took my bike in to get new brake pads. Eric, the gentleman who helped me was so kind. He did a thorough job and even did a couple extra things. The service was quick, I got my bike back the same day.

I loved my experience and felt like I was totally taken care of. The staff was very friendly and the prices were super reasonable. My bike, which i brought in for a tune up and some other repairs, was even done ahead of schedule! Their selection of products was also much more extensive than I ever realized and I was very impressed.
