I love the experience and energy there! I usually don’t continue many sports. It was one of the kind that I wanna keep going. I attended to Nick classes which were great and Nick also caring and helping everyone. I am sure all other coaches would be the same. The music and energy and movement during the classes are awesome !

At Rockbox you get a wonderful workout, and every day is different! This gym will help you build strength and endurance. The coaches care about you, want to help you grow, and are very supportive. If you tried Rockbox but haven’t been back in a while, I highly encourage you to come back, we’ve got a great team!

Several things I could talk about rkbx Frisco. 1.I get to eat Halloween candy every day after my session. 2.Excellent coaches no matter what time of the day I make a reservation for. 3.in body scanner for understanding my progress 4.failure to achieve a goal is not frowned upon, instead the entire class comes together to encourage you to finish what’s started.

RockBox is the best group exercise class I have been. Before RockBox I hated group exercise classes but the trainers at RockBox make it very fun and motivational. Love it!

Each day is a fresh workout so it’s never boring. You know the trainers and members by name and it feels like a community. I love that you do not have to fight for space like at the mega gyms. This has made me commit to fitness for over 2 years here. I’ve experienced visible strength improvement, weight loss and a new confidence. I encourage anyone to give it a try. You might get hooked (pun intended)!
