The physical challenge. The variety in workouts - they are not the same and focus on upper body, legs, core, etc.
Developing strength and building endurance. Wow!
Instructors I have had - mostly Oscar and Gabby - help correct and guide you. They are paying attention and don't let you build bad habits.
The class structure is great for people of all kickboxing experience levels. It is easy to adjust the combos and workouts to each person's ability while still keeping the cardio up. The trainers are also excellent with great energy and in tune with people's needs.
The staff is fantastic, the exercises are brutal (you never need to push yourself beyond what you're comfortable with), and from the moment you enter to the moment you leave you feel like you're part of a community of people who enjoy staying / getting healthy through boxing
I like almost everything. Clean facilities, good space, modern equipment, professional team. However, the music is toooooooo loud, exceeds levels and when I have mentioned about this issue, they have disregarded my request.
Thank you
Great workout. You burn so many calories in 50 minutes. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable about kickboxing. The staff is also genuinely interested in helping you achieve your fitness goals.
Wonderful instructors who are able to modify movements for older members. RockBox is an amazing workout for all age groups. I love going to class that has the boxing and circuit training. I feel great after every workout at 64. Thanks for all.
Best workouts I’ve have in my life!! It’s such a fun and different way to get moving, and I love learning a new skill. I’ve studied exercise most of my life, and I received my undergrad in exercise physiology. RockBox workouts make me sweat like never before and teach me new exercises too!
Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Teachers are knowledgeable and lead well-rounded and challenging workouts. I always leave feeling accomplished and satisfied with myself and my body. This is a fantastic practice for self-esteem, strength building, and learning beginning kickboxing moves. The 101 classes are great, and I’d love for y’all to offer those every week, so I make sure I’m not hurting myself by using improper alignment and such. Although I’m not super coordinated, it’s nice to also practice letting go and making sure I think less and keep moving. Thanks! I highly recommend Rockbox Fitness!
