I love the high energy classes and ever-changing workouts that challenge me! Amanda & Malcolm are my favorite morning coaches--their music choices are the best!
I love everything about RockBox! All the trainers are great, positive and high energy, mix of boxing and exercises… every single class is fun and a killer workout! I look forward to the classes and always feel so good after!
RockBox offers great boxing-related fitness classes that work your entire body and greatly help improve your overall strength and cardiovascular health.
My only recommendation for them is that maybe they offer open freestyle for a few hours during the afternoon. All of the RockBoxs that I have seen are generally closed between 9am and 3pm. It would be nice if they had a few hours say from 11am to 1pm to allow members to come in and hit the bags and use the equipment freely. I think this will improve participation during the lunch hours during the week and allow members to come in during their lunch break and get a quick workout in for 20 minutes to an hour.
The trainers are amazing! They keep the place rocking and keep you motivated. I know if I need a little extra explanation about a screen I can get their attention or if I need some tip for modifying the station to fit my body they will help me. You will meet some great people of all ages working out side by side too. I'm only human but I can say that I rarely avoid coming for my workouts or dread walking in the door. If I do feel a little tired coming in, it doesn't take long for the trainer and the music selections to get me motivated to give my all. I tell everyone to come try it out. I love hitting the bags!
Everything about RockBox has been great for me! I've been a long-time member because of the terrific people and challenging workouts. The owners and trainers make me feel comfortable and I like that it's a different workout each day. I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to the motivation I receive at Rockbox Mt Pleasant!
I have been with RockBox over a year and a half! I look forward to my morning class everyday. The trainers push you to do your absolute best and I try to do just that every day! Don’t know what I’d do without my gym!
