The challenging classes and great instructors. Also having the half functional exercises and half boxing is great. So far Rockbox is the most challenging of any specialty fitness club class I've taken.
Love this place! Can't stop talking about it and I want everyone to see how fun and awesome it is! I'm in my 40s and this is the first time I've ever stuck to a gym. The trainers seem to really care about you and they make it fun. Especially Cella!! Plus, if you're not having a good day and don't want to put 100% in, their cool with that too. It's overall made my life better and I get excited when I go. Oh and it's the cleanest gym ever. I'm actually going to the 9:30 a.m. class this morning and can't wait to see everyone!
I’m not sure if there’s a way to add back how many people have currently booked the class in the app (it used to show on the class listings how many spaces were left and it was so helpful)
I love Rockbox! It’s a great combo of cardio and strength with such a fun vibe. It narrowly misses on a 10 for two reasons: 1) at this time of year the AC needs to be blasting - even at 5.30 in the morning. Working out in a room where the air feels like warm soup is a lot less fun than working out in a room that is cool! 2) My watch pings me more often than not to tell me the music is too loud. I wear ear plugs now but worth mentioning for others.
I love to camaraderie and group aspect RockBox brings. The staff goes above and beyond staying connected to you like family. They are easy to work with and have a human element to how they run their business which is lost in so many business's. Highly, highly recommend anyone give RockBox a try.
It’s fast and to the point. Everyone participates and helps one another when lost or forget what station we’re supposed to be on. Friendly, knowledgable and beautiful staff make it fun and there are lots of cool diverse people to vibe with after the workout session is over. Can’t say enough good things about RockBox, I wish I would have joined sooner.
RockBox is the most INTENSE, fast-paced, heart racing workout! It is INCREDIBLE! It's 50 minutes of hard work that goes by super fast because the trainers are engaging, encouraging and you are ALWAYS moving!
All of it - the boxing is so fun. The functional is a great workout for the whole body. There workout is always new so your constantly improving. And it s a great g community. Highly recommend.
The variety of functional training exercises, boxing with 2 bags, and the focus on different muscle groups throughout each week. Great motivation by instructors and of course the music. Time goes by fast. Very efficient workout.
