RockBox has been an awesome environment to get fit. The different exercises each day really keep working out from becoming monotonous.
The trainers at RockBox really set the attitude and intensity of each workout. They foster a conductive environment for beginners and those with more fitness experience.
Lastly, RockBox also fosters the sense of community among members. Member events, special workouts, and cooperative finishers work well to bring people together.
It’s more fun to work towards your goal alongside people with similar goals.
I attend with my grandkids, and we greatly enjoy the workout. All instructors and staff are excellent and extremely helpful. They tailor the exercises for different ages and abilities.
I love the people there! They really make you feel welcome and included and help you learn new skills without making you feel silly. It is so empowering!

The workout is broken up with boxing and HIIT style workouts which incorporates weights. It’s not repetitive, or only body weight exercises, and abdominal workouts that includes very few sit ups.
Rockbox is an overall great workout. Not only do you experience cardio but you get a great functional workout as well. I really like how each day has a scheduled workout to focus on all muscle groups. It never gets boring!
