Tina Ching is the very best - she’s high energy, strong, positive, & always inspiring and encouraging … Her team emulates her spirit to strengthen our bodies, health, and overall wellbeing in a fun and social atmosphere. I really appreciate their collective efforts to promote proper technique and offer alternatives when dealing with injuries. I love this new community I’m now in. I look forward to getting my power back, one class at a time.
