I love the community and how welcoming every single person is. I am not always a morning person and the morning workouts have become my favorite part of the day. I love how each class is different, each day you are focusing on something new, and how motivating the coaches are. Each coach provides a different style of training and how they push you. There hasn't been a class that I regretted coming to.
I love Rockbox! The trainers make the biggest difference. If it is an Angel or Chloe led class, I know I’m getting my butt kicked ~ which is exactly what I paid for! Love that they keep switching things up. The workout never feels redundant. Overall, it’s such a fun way to burn some calories and get fit!
I have been with RockBox for over 3 years and have nothing but great things to say about it. I love the atmosphere and the community. I come from a sports background and love how the trainers can push you when you need that little extra to pick up the intensity. They also have a keen eye to scale the workout if anyone is starting their journey into the fitness arena.
The Southend RockBox always delivers a great workout for all levels of endurance. I took two months off, not by choice, and when I came back this week it felt like I never left. The staff is always friendly and welcoming without intimidation to help you through a difficult workout. Great place, great staff, and great members!
The training is by far the best I have experienced if you want to feel like you actually worked out and smile when you leave then this is your spot I just need to get out of my own way and keep moving. I love Rock Box 🥊
RockBox is such an awesome workout. I really enjoy coming to class and seeing all the coaches. Chloe is the absolute best - such a great trainer and person, inside and out!
The instructors are awesome, always make you feel welcome no matter what your skill level is. If you can't manage a certain routine they will help or suggest an alternative.
Very motivational, everyone should try it.
