Every class is different-wheteher it be the boxing moves or floor exercises-the variety of exercises
and moves changes with each class to make each class unique. The instructors are amazing and very motivational as are the other participants. There is zero judgement and everyone os motivating each other-love this concept!!!
I love the atmosphere of "fight club" meets "night club" where you are not worried about who else is working out as each person is pushing themselves to be the best version of themselves. Adrienne is an amazing coach and encourager. Very knowledgeable and helpful to fix form and wants the best for you during the 50 minute workout.
I really enjoy the fun atmosphere of the gym and the variety in the workouts. The training staff is great and all the other members are really friendly. I highly recommend taking a trail class (and joining). You won't regret it.
I really enjoy everything about the gym. The trainers are great. The member culture is fantastic. The variety of the workouts keeps the classes challenging.
Positive people, great playlists, fun & challenging exercise, and everything is easy to modify if your joints just aren't up for a particular move that day. Marcus and Brandi are such energetic coaches, and incredibly supportive no matter where you are along the fitness spectrum! I haven't taken a class with coach Adrienne yet but look forward to meeting her soon, too!
I feel encouraged and good when I leave. I’m working out with a group but don’t feel like I’m competing with anyone but pushing myself. I heard the phrase - it’s where fight club meets night club - and I think that’s a great description.
