Excellent activity pace, just enough rest time, spot-on motivation from the Trainer and excellent health and fitness guidance! The friendships developed are also a great aspect. All this while maintaining or exceeding fitness goals. Love it!
I have never had so much fun working out. The staff and other members are great. My clothes are fitting better and I see improvements in other sports I play. Cannot recommend enough!!

Rock Box has, in the last year, given me a refreshing outlook on tackling difficult task. The trainers have pushed me to do better and reach for greater heights of physical prowess, and this has bled into the way I think of all aspects of my life. I no longer get anxiety when presented with difficult task. Now I revel in the challenge of doing anything I wasn't able to do before. This confidence has helped me push myself in and out of the gym aswell.

If you want an amazing workout, then I suggest you try RockBox! I’ve gone to gyms, done all the classes with very little results. At RockBox you will see results while having tons of fun! Plus, kickboxing makes you feel like you can defend yourself, which is an added bonus.
I like the various class times, the combination of bag work and functional fitness, and the workout target areas vary daily - upper or lower body, full body, or core - and no two workouts are the same. I like the coaching - I just have to show up and workout!
I finally found my niche! All my coaches are great. They are nice and motivating. The workout is never dull. I also feel that I found my second family, because all the people who works out with me are friendly and supportive. You should definitely give it a try.
The high energy tempo is no-nonsense. While there may be some allowance to go "all in" or be a bit moderate on the exercises, the tempo becomes a type of propulsion into going "all in". And within that, the short time limits (45-seconds, 60-seconds, 2-minutes, etc) supports the personal challenge of completing each station as a "burst" or all-out effort. The instructors a key to this as they set the tone and pace, provide direct-level encouragement and take the time to instruct and form-correct where needed. They are also quick to recognize when you can "do more" or "push past" the current challenge and are very good at helping you to tangibly recognize this. The instructors are all great and certainly the anchor to a successful class routine. Of course there are favorites, but every RockBox instructor I've encountered has been dynamic, super-encouraging and super-supportive. The instructors make "this RockBox" into "my RockBox".
In only 50 minutes, I get a great workout that is total body. The instructors are fantastic and everyone is just happy to be there. The sense of community makes you want to keep coming back.
