I enjoy hitting the bags as well as the circuit training. You go at your own speed and can ramp it up for a more intense workout. All the trainers have been great. If you can't due a particular exercise, they can recommend another one that you can do.
I like the mix of the workout between the bags and the functional stations - I like that it’s a different workout each class inspite of being same principles. Each instructor is different. Classes can be quaint or very alive - variety of classes times, Early AM classes Mid Day Classes Evening Classes and one each Sat and Sun mid AM. Choice is yours. See ya in the Arena.
Every workout I've done at RockBox, I feel like I'm getting the best workout of my life. I've loss weight, my stress level has gone done, and I have more energy.
I’m an OG, for what it’s worth. RB has given me an opportunity to help keep me on track and help improve my health, mind and body. It’s a structured class which is what I need to stay focused. I do what I can, when I can. I’m an overweight (still) older women with a beat up body (not kind to body as a youth). In spite all of this, I am stronger, more toned, smaller, and overall in better health. Mgmt Kyle and Laura are great people, don’t see much but great people. The trainers are all unique, making each day different. The 50min session is challenging at times but rewarding as well. When I make it, it’s usually later evenings. Maybe I’ll see ya around.
