I stopped in for several different reasons. I’m dealing with numbness in my feet and I’m also looking at upgrading my road bike. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable. It felt like he was taking his time and really listening to what I was looking for.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and quality work! I brought in my beat up bike for a much needed tune-up and returned to find a bike that was as shiny as the day I bought it. We did a pretty big overhaul for a lot of the worn out parts so I know it was a lot of work for the tech, but they were done faster than expected and I couldn't be happier. The bike has some pep to it again and shifting gears is no longer a struggle. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Rockford and will certainly be returning next time I need a tune-up or repairs.
