I have been going to this Trek store for many years. Because they take good care of me and my bikes. And they are a good source of information. I just bought a Garmin device and rear light/radar light. I could have bought it cheaper somewhere else. I purchased it from them because I know I will need help with it, which I will not receive if I bought it on-line, and I always give them my business whenever I can. They are that good.
It is not okay to share my name in public concerning this. I am a very private person and do not go for any public use of my name or opinions. By anyone. I have refused newspaper interviews because I feel strongly about this.

Matt was who I worked with. He took the time to answer my questions and listen to what I really wanted. Matt did not try to "sell" me, he listened to what I had said and made a suggestion which I am grateful for. A well made bike is an investment, and I am very happy with the bike that I took home with me. I live two hours away, and I am glad I made the decision to come down to your store and leave with the very best bike for me.

Trek Bicycle Rockford is always warm and helpful every time I'm in the shop. This time I was in for a new road bike and I was able to give Kevin some ideas on what I was looking for and my price range and he went above and beyond showing me the options, letting me test ride, and shipping a bike in my size in from out of state very quickly.
