I love the people at the Meade-Rockford location. They always go above and beyond when I bring in my kids and their bikes. And the trade up program is a wonderful for our growing kids.
The service at Trek Rockford is always prompt and knowledgeable, plus they've helped me out in a pinch before a ride or a race by fixing a wheel or having what I needed in stock. Great shop with a super helpful team.
We wanted a better quality bike carrier for our Trek e-bikes I knew it was going to be in the $1,000 range so I wanted to see it in person and have a sales associate to me how it works not buy it off the internet.
Every single staff member has been awesome to deal with, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
While the products are a bit pricey, they are quality and come with a great warranty.

Your service was superb! The gentleman who serviced by bike also helped me with purchasing a new helmet in my price range, was very personable, adjusted my bike height, bars, and seat and .... explained how best to operate the bike while riding it that I wasn't even aware of! He was amazing!

I’m disappointed that I received NO instruction on how to redeem DELL reward points. Dell inundates me with surveys and offers but doesn’t respond to requests for information. Dell customer service has grown too big to concern itself with customer inquiries. DELL has successfully brick walled customer access or inquiries via anything other than canned response selections. Odd way to treat buyers like me of expensive gear.
just an opinion...time will tell with repeated interactions. havent taken the bike out yet, but i will find out eventually. so far the bike appears to be worked on with care.
