He respected my space when I was weighing my options after our conversation and checked in on my wife and I if we had additional questions. He was very professional and I appreciate not being over pressured with a salesman pitch. I'm very happy with my 2024 Roscoe 6 and my wife loves her Townie 7d.

Absolutley the best team of qualified and knowledgeable individuals there to meet your needs whatever they are. Have purchased three bikes there and have recomended them to everyone that I've come across when the subject would arise. They practically drop everything they are doing to address my concern on the spot when I come in with an issue. Especially Kevin and Matt have been fantastic every time. Only place to buy and service your bike. Love em!

The products are high quality. The service is excellent. I had three employees ask if they could help me in about a 20 minute time frame.
