I drove from Freeport to have my bike modified. When I asked Nick how long it would take (thinking days), he said if we went out to lunch he would have it ready by the time we were done so we wouldn't have it drive back over from Freeport

We just purchased our second new set of TREK bikes. TREK is an excellent quality bike made for smooth reliable riding. Being 70 plus years old, I and my wife wouldn’t trust our life on any other bike. Made for enjoyable riding.

Knowledgeable, polite and efficient service. Most recent May 5, 2025 visit was for water bottle cage. Nick asked if I was aware one I picked was dark matte green. I missed that as it is so similar to desired matte black. Great service anticipating customer needs. I had more extensive interactions with Trek Rockford including Nick in 2024 and it was also excellent service .
