Sales staff knowledgeable about bicycles available. Service techs are excellent, very knowledgeable, and able to handle both preventive maintenance and akk repairs I've ever needed. The manager is knowledgeable about bikes sold in the store and very responsive.
Oveall, I have always been satisfied with the work done on my bikes and the assistance provided when buying a bike or accessory.
Actual service was good. Done as promised and at quoted price. Bike had been sitting awhile and battery in speedometer was dead. Would have been good to check this before pickup. Had to scramble around for a replacement.
We always get excellent service at Trek of Rockford . What impresses me is when im looking for a new bike the staff takes time to answer questions ,get bikes down to ride . Etc. You do not find this kind of caring in most places of business. Excellent job Staff . Steve G.
I called to see if they were able to fix my daughter’s tire. They told me yes and to bring the bike in. The helped me immediately and the service was fast and everyone who worked there was friendly and very helpful.
I brought my bike in for service but couldn't afford to be without the bike for long since I was training for a race. They turned the bike around in 24 hours for me. I couldn't be more greatful. And they did a great job on the cable, tire, and bar tape replacements, as well as calibration my gears. Thank you!
Trek bikes are one of best made. The customer service is the best I ever had. I bought a bike from Dicks, then I went to Trek and bought a Versa 1 they had. I went next day to return my bike to dicks but Dicks doesn't tell you, you can't return a bike to them after 24 hrs. I had to keep the Mongoose. I then went to Trek and told them my issue and couldn't afford both bikes so they let me return the Trek I bought, but I did buy a new seat and helmet from them. They said they would install the seat for me for free and would watch me ride it to make sure I was comfortable. When I tried to ride it, it wouldn't work so they brought it in their store and realized the chain and derailer was loose and bent. They fixed right there and right away. This was a Dicks bike that they cared enough about me to make sure I was happy, even though I returned a 500$ bike of theirs. The customer service is the best I ever have. I will go to them first for my next bike. Everyone should to go Trek first. Customer for life.
