I brought in my non-trek bike to be serviced. The service I received there has been extremely friendly and extremely fairly price. I had no idea what the problem was or what they needed to do to fix my bike. They were extremely nice and courteous when I just talked to them on the phone, they greeted me and helped me before I even made it to the counter when I drop the bike off as well as when I came to pick it up. I assuming taking my bike to a higher end bike shop would give me hiring prices but I was wrong. If I have any more bike issues in the future I will definitely be going back, I was extremely impressed.
I had an issue with my bike rack. The employees and manager helped me resolve the issue. I had to return again for the same issue and they were happy to help. I really appreciated that I was able to successfully transport my two bikes to the Wisconsin Dells.
My son loves his new Trek Domane AL2. He is getting a lot of miles on it already. Sebastian was very helpful with explaining all the features of the different bikes and was not pushy. We were able to take our time deciding if this was the right bike for my son. We've bought several bikes over the year,s and will definitely be back.
The employee who assisted me was both friendly and helpful! My bike’s flat was repaired in a timely manner and he also noticed a worn out screw holding my seat in place that may have led to an injury!
I had some work done on my older bikes andI bought a new bike last Fall and the staff has been so helpful. Recently, Kevin (Rockford) has taken time to answer my questions, explain my options, repairs, parts, estimates.
