For starters we really enjoyed talking with your sales rep/ sales tech Matthew. He was very friendly, knowledgeable as well as informative. Made a break down of services what to expect, when, and how our initial service would go. He also showed up for the first appointment which made us feel more comfortable and I really appreciated it. Matthew and our technician Rodrick did a great job going over the entire house made sure to hit all high traffic spots, they even bothered to ask about areas my wife and I were concerned about. They went as far as to clean all the cob webs and spiders hanging around in our garage, yellow jacket nests and more! Hands down great service, great communication very happy to have signed up with Romex Pest control!
