First and foremost, the five employees I have dealt with are knowledgeable, concerned and caring. Recently following a prolonged raining period, there was suddenly the appearance of ants in the kitchen area located easterly viewing my front yard. The front yard was the only area in which I was aware of ant colonies. The ant colonies had been treated previously, and there had been no visible signs of the presence of ants in my home. Once the prolonged raining period occurred, there were ants entering my kitchen through windows over the sinks. Not being aware of why they had suddenly appeared after the colonies had been identified & treated, I contacted Romex. I explained the situation at hand, without question the administration person assured me that a technician would be on location one week from that day. The technician, Jamymz, who is excellent & thorough, began treating the perimeter of my home before entering the house to treat the interior for the ant influx. There had been no ant problem for the past 5 days, and I had forgotten about the sudden occurrence of the ants, for the ants had gone as suddenly as they had appeared. Jamyz took time to explain to me the arrangement of chambers in ant colony construction. Knowing this information clearly settled any why to the previous sudden presence of the ants in my home. These people know their profession well and have the knowledge of experience. They are patient and take the time necessary to explain to analytical individuals, like myself, the how to & what for! Knowing the insect life cycles, the habitat and where to investigate are factors that had never been considered by previous extermination companies or their exterminators, I would surmise. I would wholeheartedly recommend Romex to any person having problems with pests. And to that I must convey, the problem with mice related to new home construction in my neighborhood has been solved. New evidence any more of the presence of mice in my home is non-existent!!! No more spider bites, no more bee or wasp stings, no more ant problems and no more mice droppings, thanks to Romex and their technicians!

They work most of the time. For some reason though, I’ll have to call them back this month because the earwigs are bad enough, that they’re coming back inside the house, again. Service is always friendly and never short. The only thing that would help was if they had a more local office. I only suggest that because although your main office is just one state over, they schedule from there and have no idea what our weather’s like here in Oklahoma. Their quarterly prices are competitive with local standards and actually bear some of their competitors.
