I am a new customer. I was impressed with the explanation of service that is available. Travis was prompt in keeping time of arrival to my house. He explained treatment plans, we reviewed the contract again, and I had a full understanding of the contract before I signed and then the treatment began. In about 30 days another treatment will be done and then the pest prevention will begin quarterly. So far I am pleased with Romex Pest Control and look forward to them managing and hopefully eliminating most if not all spiders, bugs and other pests near my home!
