My bike becomes fixed.

You stock Trek which is my favourite bike manufacturer. You have an up front system of servicing cycles. As a family business you offer excellent customer service.

It was really all about the service for me, my cycling requirements were fully explored all my questions were answered before I asked them. Having selected a bike, the fitting and riding instructions (it was an ebike) were again fully and patiently explained. It can be quite intimidating going to a bike shop as a 60+ female surrounded by bike enthusiasts and their techno speak but this was absolutely not the case at Roots. I would urge anyone who, in particular, is dipping their toe into the cycling world to head to Roots. Finally, just to add there was no hard sell, always a positive.
