The store is neat and well stocked. Employees always available to handle sales; I never have to wait around or look for staff to get help or check out. Really appreciate the monthly claw clipping event put on by Feline Rescue. It shows how much you care about cats. Good parking. Friendly staff.

Taylor is an excellent groomer. I am so happy with the job she does, the care she takes, her kindness and professionalism. Everyone is very kind and give great customer service as soon as you walk in the door. PLEASE give Taylor a raise or a pat on the back or both.

The store is always so clean. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The bath area is always spotless and the staff does a very good job staying ontop of it. It never smells inside the bath area like most pet stores do. The groomer is spectacular! We always feel welcomed everytime we come in. They know my dog by name. Absolutely my favorite pet stores
