Survey/comment of discontent.
i found out that i didn't have an account so i opened one up there at the store. we found out that someone else had my cellphone number but c&d's had a different email address. i was concerned that someone else had my cell number and could create an account w/o my knowledge using a different email address. at the store i could not take the unknown email off my account unless i called customer service, which i have not yet. it's on my list of have to do's but with other pressing needs i have not been able to complete resolving this mess. all that had to be done at the store was to remove the email address as i could show proff it was my cell number not the wrong email account. my proof was in my hand my cell phone that would receive text's or phone calls of my number to my in my hand device, my cellphone not [EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED], the other email on my account. now i have to call customer service to resolve. i asked the store clerk to call and remove and they said i';m not able and they would not call customer service to resolve on my behalf. so now i have to be a C&D's employee and do your job. i'm not a c&d employee, i'm not on you pay role yet i have to do your job. so where do i send my bill to c&d's for my time to resolve an issue that is not my responsibility? you tell me.
i also do not give c&d's my permission to share my name or any personal information about me with others. so leave my name off this experience i had to the general public, only internally to resolve not my issue, yet i have to take my time to resolve a forced responsibility that is not mine to take. please do your job and remove the wrong email address off my account. if you must you call the email address owner of the wrong email address or idk you just need to clean up your own system not me!

I have used self bath packages for several years , but when I went in this last week it looked like no one bothered to clean the area! Tons of hair everywhere! Around rim of tubs and in them! I expect some hair as this is a area people bath their dogs. But is was pretty nasty this last visit. I had never seen it so bad. I am not sure I will continue when my package is done or continue to recommend to others. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence.
