My dog's groom is well done each time. My dog loves to visit the groomer, so I know from his behavior as he enters Chuck and Don's that he is treated well by the groomer. I also appreciate that there are sometimes Friends of Chuck rebates, which reduces the cost of his groom. One thing I do not like, is at check-out, I pay $130 for a 2.5 hour service (he is scheduled for 240 appointment, but it does not take that long) and I am asked if I will leave a tip. A 120 to 150 minute groom that costs $130 equals a higher hourly rate than I will ever earn. Please discontinue asking for a tip at check-out.

Employees are friendly and helpful at all the stores in the Minneapolis metro that we go to. And I appreciate the wide selection of products. I like going to a privately owned company, and an easy to navigate, relatively small store, where I can get in and get out without a hassle, and without a long wait at the check out. I so appreciate that your employees don't keep people waiting at the check out.

Always clean and always welcomed when I come in. Always a great selection of food and dog items. Always enough employees there for help and to get you checked out. Would love maybe 1-2% more off items as a chuck and dons member more often, but great to have any discount provided.
