The employees are always friendly, helpful, and generally knowledgeable. There always seems to be a pleasant atmosphere in the store - unless a new computer system is malfunctioning! I appreciate the 'Friend of Chuck's' discount, and like the quality of the stock. Unfortunately I shop here less since my cat was placed on prescription dry and moist food.
