I absolutely love chuck and dons on ford pkwy. They know my puppy by name and it makes me feel so good ❤️❤️❤️ the staff came lit to my car to meet my doggy with some bad habits. So I could get a harness that fit properly. You feel like family every time you go in. They aren’t selling u to make money. They show you the things to have your babies live a long and happy life. I couldn’t figure out why my dog was scratching so bad her sides were raw. No flees. I got some no itch spray shown to me by staff and she is already showing signs of healing.

Chuck And Don's carries cat food brands that are healthy for cats at a very reasonable price. There is a good selection of foods and other pet supplies like collars, harnesses, toys, all very good quality. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable.

We got a new farm-raised puppy over the weekend that had not been in a house and she had been free to roam all over with other dogs and dig to her hearts content. She was very long-haired so to say the least, she was filthy dirty, muddy and reeked of urine. We took her to Chuck & Don's for a much needed bath. They had everything we needed: warm water, a sprayer with various options, towels, shampoos, even an apron for me so I wouldn't get soaking wet while washing her. We found we had a multi- colored dog, once cleaned up that is just beautiful and no longer smells of manure and urine and it only cost us $15! They have a 5-pack special they offered on their baths that we snapped up. With a puppy with long hair, she will need lots more baths!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The groomer was able to complete a nail grind for my very anxious dog efficiently while the sales clerk helped me pay for the service and a special treat so I could leave the store we as soon as the service was complete. While we can afford Chuck and Don's it is a little out of some peoples budgets.

Cashier checked our member rewards status, and said "this is your free bag!" It's always extra special when you put a heavy bag of dog food in the car, and only have to pay the sales tax. Thank you, Chuck & Don's for establishing this incentive for returning customers. We really appreciate it. ❤️

Love coming in, love when I get coupons. I would like to see a wish tree in your store from the Rescue Crew Animal Rescue, or a animal rescue in general. ! I usually order for them on Amazon.
