I have had multiple bike repair issues this summer. The Rotations staff are always very friendly and accommodating, even if you didn’t originally buy the bike to be repaired from them. They’ll often do smaller repairs while you wait (charging out a leaky tire), and the turn around for larger repairs is usually pretty quick as well (no more than a few days).

Easy pickup and easy drop-off. The construction in the back was a little bit of a hiccup but I'd gladly use Rotations again. They assembled my new bike. The brakes are a little soft but work

the best part of my experience was the service i received! Nelson was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the dozens of questions i had about all different products i needed to accessorize my new bicycle. he gave me different options, was so patient, installed the products i bought quickly and as a bonus filled my tires, and adjusted my seat height!!! i have more things to buy given some consultation we did and will 100 be coming back. what a great experience! thanks 😊

The service was extraordinary -- and that has been my experience at Rotations for the past several years. Even in the middle of July, which is absolute peak season in Southampton, the staff were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and amazingly responsive. They fixed a tire that I thought was DOA on the spot in 10 minutes! They gave me helpful advice regarding the tires and other maintenance of the bicycle. And they did it all with a smile, as the saying goes. I love this store and I love my BMC bike, which I purchased at Rotations 3 years ago.
