I like the fact that Craig is ALWAYS accessible for questions or advice. I initially went to Rt31 to purchase tires for my Trek bike, while there I was impressed at the bike inventory he had, new, used and electric bikes. I purchased a new Trek bike that day, Craig made sure it was a good fit went over all the information and instructions and made sure I was comfortable with the ride and fit for my height. He is very accommodating for scheduling service appointments or if there is an issue that needs checked. I have since bought my third Trek bike from Craig, I would not consider going anywhere else. Great guy!
