Dan was a real professional- some might say a scholar of the 2 wheeled mechanical arts. If “bicycle ninja” was a real title, it would be on his name tag. He got my bike in and fixed the same day and the price was honestly lower than I had anticipated. Normally this would bother me, but his knowledge, respect, and overall professional attitude was so impressive that I wasn’t bother by his soft hands. Would certainly recommend to anyone needing serviced.
I’m totally impressed with the knowledge and service that I received from Daniel,(shout out to a good man right there). I had originally purchased my Trek Checkpoint from Route 66 cycles several years back. And although I liked it the way it was I got to thinking, Dangerous I know, but I approached Route 66 with some Ideas I had about changing a few things. Well Daniel was a great help in making my ideas come to fruition. He is not only knowledgeable about bikes but just a great guy to talk with. Thank you Daniel, and Thanks to Route 66 for having great customer service and great mechanics on hand.
The communication was great, and so the customer service. I had to travel to pick up a bike, and they were willing to keep the store open after hours. They had the bike tuned, and ready to go.
