Three men from Royal Covers arrived at our site in Mesa Spirit at 8:00 AM and proceeded to disassemble the existing awning and load it on their trailer. Very efficient and capable. They worked very well in tandem with one another and within an hour and a half, the old awning was disassembled. At no time did the process of installing our new awning halt due to a work break or indecision, and within three hours our new awning was installed perfectly as planned and approved by myself. After the new awning was installed they proceeded to completely clean the worksite and caulk the connection between the roof of our unit and the new awning. We are very happy with the installation and highly recommend Royal Covers.

Most companies have workable products at various price points. The issue is that you get what you pay for. Less expensive products typically have shorter life spans because of reduced material integrity, quality control, warranty, etc. Thus a more appealing price point. The cedar and aluma products, at Royal Covers, according to what I have been told and read, appear to have the same structural integrity, look and warranty, but at a more reasonable price point. We'll see! The other difference is the quality and integrity of the people you deal with. So far the two gentlemen I am working with at Royal Covers appear to be customer oriented and honest. Salesmanship is present, but in a collaborative way. Very different than others from competitive companies that I have recently spoken with. I look forward to moving ahead with Royal Covers.
