Everything! From the initial call, funding, scheduling, and finishing, every aspect was great. I had an amazing experience with Royal Covers. From the first point of contact with Ryan, everything was handled professionally and with care. He answered all of my questions and made the planning process smooth and easy. Johnathan, who handled the scheduling, kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything stayed on track. When it came time for installation, Waylon and his team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and delivered flawless craftsmanship. They were courteous, respectful of the property, and left the area spotless. To top it all off, Richard, the electrician, was equally impressive—thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was up to code and working perfectly. Royal Covers has assembled a top-tier team, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality work and truly professional service!

I move from Colorado to Arizona and very glad that I made the move. The house and property are fantastic, but it lacked a garage or cover for my car. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a garage or waiting for materials and builders, so I did a search for carports/pergola's and saw the site for "Royal Covers" that was established in 1979. I called and talked to Peter (Sales Representative) who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I made an appointment, and he came to my house. He arrived on time and was very professional. He asked a lot of questions like dimensions (16x18), Height, color of post/trim, roof line, placement and even came up with suggestions that we liked. The interesting thing is he used to be an installer and wrote down everything, so the installers know exactly what to expect for the pergola/carport. Royal Covers do not employ contractors, and everyone works for Royal Covers. It didn't take long when Ryan (Scheduler) from Royal Covers called to schedule the installation. The installers came and within a day it was completed. The pergola/carport looks so sweet (durable and strong) and couldn't wait to drive my car into the shade of the pergola/carport. I also got a surprise box, but you'll have to get your own pergola/carport to know what's inside.

Our experience with Royal Covers of AZ was a 10+, from the first contact on scheduling the appointment for a quote and recommendations to following through with submitting and receiving installation approval from our HOA. Royal Covers team always kept us inform with the order process, manufacturing of the product to scheduling the installation. On the week of installation, we received the schedule for our approval and continued receiving updates to the day of installation. The installation team was professional, courteous and left us with exactly what was described in the plans. Our new awning enhanced our home and backyard, plus it allows just the right amount of sunlight. The total experience with the end results was beyond our expectations.
