Our salesman, Peter Faye, was very knowledgeable and a tremendous help in guiding us to choose the best patio cover for our backyard. We are very pleased with the material used to build our pergola! The crew were friendly. They answered our questions and explained everything clearly. I do have one concern. We had you install 2 fan boxes. Unfortunately I don’t recall being informed that you employ an electrician who could run the wiring inside the beams until I spoke with crew leader after the pergola was completed. He explained I could have had the wiring inside the beams where they wouldn’t show! I have a call in for the electrician to contact me. I am still hoping there is someway to open the beams and run the wiring inside the beams! I’m confident it would look much better than outside the beams where! Please let me know if this is possible!

I had Royal Covers do my patio cover a few years back. When I wanted to extend it out, they came out and had a great plan for the extension. Their software lets them show me a depiction of the finished product. When they had completed it (in less than one day) it was perfect. Seamlessly integrated and looks like I had done it this way originally.

Salesman Ryan Bishop was very Knowledgeable with their products and how to match the look and style we wanted. Royals install crew was very professional and took great care installing materials. Everything went as it should and the way most people expect! I wouldn't hesitate using them again or referring them to anyone. Wish I had remembered the installers name but they know how they are.
