My new patio cover is GORGEOUS. I researched companies and am so happy I found Royal Covers. Sales rep Peter helped me pick the color and style, and discussed the technical aspects with my partner who understands quality and installation. The quality is top notch. In addition, the installation was smooth and professional. Preston walked me through placement of posts to have room around my hot tub, and the team helped move the heavy items off my patio. They worked to get all done in a few hours and replaced my items (including a concrete griffin!). And the installation team cleaned up all the packing and debris. I am so very happy with Royal Covers every step of the way.

The entire process was very professional and easy. The home visit and estimate was very thorough with professional drawings for submission to my HOA. Once approved the materials were ordered with an estimated install date of 4 weeks, but they actually exceeded that by a week. Caleb and his install crew were very professional and efficient- it’s obvious they knew exactly what they were doing with no surprises. I am very satisfied with the quality and look of my two pergolas and would highly recommend Royal Covers of Arizona.

The pergola we purchased is constructed of high quality materials, and was installed professionally and in a timely manner. The estimate was a fair price and the business office kept us informed every step of the way. The installation crew was pleasant and knowledgeable, and did a great job installing, as well as, cleaning up when finished. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a good, professional company to do their project.
