Secure building. Most neighbors are friendly ! Maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful . Was told pool was included in rent ! nice if it was opened ! rent is a bit high for seniors with limited income . hope it is not true I was told it will be going up about 100.00 first time in my 80 years renting so it is pretty good ! Also looking forward to trying the food cart at willow wood now that I have a car !

I really enjoy the community atmosphere at Royal Villa. I love all the events you have for us. Along with that the office staff and maintenence crew are also so kind and prompt with everything. It is a great place to live.
