Great service. I picked out a great bike for my granddaughter and they put it together very quickly. The customer always comes first at Rubber Soul. I don’t buy bikes anywhere else. I highly recommend this bike shop.

First and foremost, I would like to commend Sarah for assisting me with my bike purchase. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the bike that I want and her attention to details and professionalism is bar none. The rest of the team members from Rubber Soul Bicycles are also amazing. John helped me fitted with my new bike and took the time to listen to my feedback after my test ride to make sure I am satisfied with the bike fit. Rich, the owner of the bike shop also came out to acknowledge me and made me feel home and welcome. I live 2 hours away from this place but I would definitely come back in the future no doubt in case I need to buy another bike or upgrade from it. I highly recommend Rubber Soul Bicycles to anyone that's looking for a great shop, amazing customer service, friendly staff, and a shop owner who cares about their customer base.
