Rubber Soul is the best bike shop. I am always greeted when I walk in. The service department is fast knowledgeable and very helpful. The repairs are always done correctly and ahead of of promised delivery time. The team always makes me feel like my bike is important and getting me back on the trail is a priority.

Recently took in a bmx bike to the guys at Rubber Soul to inspect and make recommendations. The bike had been sitting for years so I knew it would need a lot of work. I really appreciate they took the time to communicate and update me on the progress of the build. This bike meant a lot to me and I am extremely happy with the quality craftsmanship of repairs and parts installed on my bike! Highly recommend

I’ve been a customer for many years!! However Ur Bicycle store have the Best & Beautiful bikes, I was just not happy for (1) Reason which was the Colors of the bicycles Which weren’t A Variety to pick from. However I ended buying a Beautiful bike, And the staff which was Sarah was “VERY” Knowledgeable @her job, very Professional & Polite and most of all “PATIENT” Thank U Sarah !! Rich she Deserves a “PROMOTION” 😊
