Excellent customer service every time I go into rubber soul. Had to get my e bike system updated the e bike technician was very helpful and explained everything that had to be updated.

I took my Mike in to have my brakes looked at around 1 o’clock and talked to Ernesto about what need to be done. Planning to leave it overnight, but he had it done by 3 o’clock , same day. That’s premium service! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
