Had a new route driver this month. He is taking over for a good driver who just retired. I met with him while he made a recent fill-up delivery. His name is Chris, and he has been with Rural Gas & Appliance for quite a long time and is experienced. He was courteous, efficient, and did a good. job.
It seems that when I switched to you guys, it seems that my gas supply doesn't go down as fast as with other companies. Plus when I ask you guys to stop out and check my tank -- because it was leaning, you guys come out in like a day or 2 to check it. Other companies are like oooh well who cares.
My propane is always delivered before I'm close to running out. Every employee I've ever dealt with has been very friendly and helpful, from the people on the phone, to the repairmen who have serviced the tank, to the propane delivery people.
I like the discount for being a veteran. However I received 100 gallons and a couple of days later got a bill for $243. Then 2-3 days later I received a new customer bill for over $100. I am not a new customer.
