Couldn’t ask for better service. Jesse assisted with troubleshooting even before having to bring the bike in for service. I was offered a loaner bike if needed while he worked on my bike. Turnaround time was so much faster than expected. I would highly recommend Rushmore Bikes.

Jesse was very attentive and friendly. He knows his bikes and was very thorough and honest about the bike I purchased. He listened to me and what I was looking for in a bike and wasn’t pushy. Although it was at the end of the day and not busy he visited with my husband and me and got to know us. I also loved that he went thru both of our bikes thoroughly before we purchased them. I am very happy with my purchase 😊

You are friendly honest and personable, and I always enjoy knowing you are good at your job. The price kills me a little bit, but probably only because I'm frugal. If I were more worried about it I could learn how to service a bike— But I'm learning the power of outsourcing to those who have the skills 😛 hard for a farm girl, though!
