I like the small community of people that come to RydeOn. The owners are very warm and welcoming, they make it a point to talk to each of their clients. The instructors are very inspirational and knowledgeable. They create Rydes that are challenging, and encourage people to do their best. At the same time they want each person to adjust the Ryde to their own abilities and needs. When I began working out at RydeOn, I was not in shape at all. After a couple of months I could see a big improvement in my fitness and overall well-being.
I went to the Athelta sponsored cycle/yoga class and LOVED it! Sharon's energy is amazing and her music gets you pumped and keeps you going. As for the yoga after, it helps you to stretch and come back down from your cycle high but gets you ready to take on the day! If I lived closer I'd definitely come more often but the distance is what gets me .
Not only am I challenged with every ride there, the camaraderie is excellent. The riders are all encouraging to one another and it starts with the instructor knowing our names and being genuine and caring.
Great atmosphere - friendly clientele, not pretentious. Staff is great - like the variety of instructors and that they each have their own unique teaching style. I feel that I learn something new about technique and/or fitness development each time I come. Particularly enjoy Sharon's classes. Also enjoy EJ and Laura.
Rydeon is for people working on EVERY level- beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and experienced cyclists are challenged to improve. Rob, Brigid, and every instructor there will help new comers to understand the basics of the bike and to feel very comfortable in the studio.
