Jon tried to fix my son's bike and was unable to do it. He didn't charge me for his attempt. It was appreciated, because we had to buy my son another bike because his previous bike was unrepairable. Luckily they had a used bike in stock and got it all set up for my son quickly. I've been coming to Rydjor Bike my whole life and it's their service that is so good and has me coming back again and again. Keep up the great work!
