I really loved the aesthetic and overall design of the location and room—it made me feel both comfortable and excited for the experience. Jada was fantastic at walking me through the process, especially since it had been a while since my last wax and I was transitioning from hard wax. I was interested in signing up for a monthly membership, and I truly appreciated Jada’s honesty in letting me know I wouldn’t receive the credit in time before my upcoming trip. Her transparency saved me from potential disappointment and made me feel valued as a customer. This was by far the best waxing experience I’ve ever had, and I’m genuinely looking forward to joining the monthly membership.
